Paani Puri is the most loved snack. Its tangy and unique taste makes people crave for this dish. It is the most common snack found at every corner of the country. While Pani Puri sure is tempting and delicious but it can also hike up the fat in the body. So by eating gluten-free Pani Puris, one can eat their favorite snack without worrying about the health. The Gluten Free Paani Puri Recipe is as follow:
What you need is:
- Oil: to fry the pooris
- Soya flour
- Rice wheat flour
- Water to make the dough
- Soya flour
Method of making puri:
- Combine all the ingredients and make a dough.
- Cover the dough and let it sit for 15 mins.
- After the time is over, take some oil and grease in your palms and make tiny balls.
- Roll them like pooris.
- After rolling, deep fry them.
- Deep fry for 4-5 seconds
- Take them out and the Puris are ready.
After this, head to make spicy Paani.
- Take ¼ cup of mint leaves.
- Also, 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- Tamarind paste: 3 tbsp
- Green Chillies: 3
- Black Salt: 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
- Sugar: 2 tbsp
- Roasted Cumin powder: ¼ tbsp
- Chaat Masala: 2 tbsp
- Hing: A pinch
- Water: 4 cups
Method:
Start with adding mint, coriander, chillies and tamarind paste in a blender and blend the same with a bit of water. Transfer the page in a big container. Add a bit of black salt, chaat masala, sugar, cumin powder and water and mix them well. Add some water and salt according to the taste. Mix well and then refrigerate the Paani for a few hours. It is ready to drink.
If you like the Pani sweet, here is how to make it:
- Same ingredients.
- Replace 2 tbsp sugar with ¼ cup.
- Boil twp potatoes and mash them well.
- Add salt to taste.
- Add some coriander powder and cumin powder.
- Mix them all well.
- At the last, add some water according to the taste if needed.
- Refrigerate the same for a few hours and its ready to eat.
